01Which cleaning service is right for my home?+
Recurring weekly or fortnightly care suits ongoing maintenance; an Initial Home Reset establishes the baseline; deep or one-off cleaning addresses a defined short-term need; and renovation and handover services are planned around a project or move. Clean, dry garments needed back ready to wear are covered by our separate Ironing Collection and Delivery service.
02Can I combine services?+
Yes, where the combination is practical. For example, an Initial Home Reset can lead into weekly care, and collected ironing can be arranged alongside an established household service. Each scope, fee and timing will be set out clearly.
03Do you offer commercial cleaning?+
OCG is primarily designed around private homes and carefully managed residential properties. Tell us about any other setting and we will confirm honestly whether it falls within our service.
04Can I book only two hours?+
We do not sell open-ended blocks of anonymous cleaner-hours. We agree the required outcome and quote a fixed fee for a realistic scope, with a minimum visit level appropriate to a managed service.
