An experienced foundation
Oxford Cleaning Group has been formed with a clear purpose: to bring the organisation, presentation and personal accountability of excellent housekeeping into the private home. We are proud to be an Oxford business and equally proud of the depth of practical experience within our family.
Our combined experience exceeds 30 years. It comes from working in environments where details are noticed, time matters and trust must be earned—from hotel rooms prepared for arriving guests to short-stay properties with exact handover times and private homes requiring continuity and discretion.
We describe that history accurately. We do not suggest that OCG itself has traded for decades; instead, we bring what our family has learned into a more focused service designed for Oxford households today.

Founded and run by the family
Oxford Cleaning Group was founded by Dali Meziu, founder of a high-end Oxford construction company, and is run by managing director Albie Meziu. Albie is the person clients speak to, from the first enquiry to the way each visit is planned, and the cleaners are members of the family.
Being family-run affects the way OCG is organised. Enquiries are reviewed personally, the agreed scope is not lost inside a booking platform, and responsibility for the result remains with Oxford Cleaning Group.
For recurring home care, our aim is to assign a familiar cleaner or small team wherever possible. Holiday or sickness cover may occasionally be necessary, but it should be managed and communicated—not left for the household to resolve.
We are deliberately building OCG at a measured pace. Limited capacity allows us to protect sensible routes, reliable arrival arrangements and the consistent relationships on which private-home service depends.

Insurance, the team and accountability
Oxford Cleaning Group holds £5 million public liability insurance and £10 million employer's liability insurance. Certificates can be shown before work begins.
Our cleaners are members of the family, which is why the same trusted people can look after a home for years. The team is sized to the home and the time window you prefer: a single familiar cleaner for a smaller home, a larger family team for a big house, a renovation clean or a same-day turnaround, at an agreed slot.
Oxford Cleaning Group remains responsible for the agreed standard on every visit. If something is missed, it is put right; if anything is damaged, it is reported the same day and dealt with under our insurance rather than left for the client to discover.

Discretion and non-disclosure
Many of our clients ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start, and we treat every home the same way whether or not one is signed. We do not publish a client's home, name, address or any identifying detail on this website or on social media. The examples on this site are therefore illustrative: they are built from the care plans we actually write, and the photographs are not of client homes.

Continuity is one of our priorities. Wherever practical, we assign a familiar cleaner or small team. If approved cover is needed because of holiday or sickness, we communicate the arrangement in advance whenever possible.
